GM47 Natural calcined Mullite

GM series product is made of the high quality kaolin ore in Huaibei mining area by process of high temperature calcined. It has characteristics of high density, high hardness, low swelling coefficient, high abradability, high resistance to chemical corrosion, high load softening point, good thermal chemical stability and no radiation. It is mainly used in metallurgy, building materials, chemicals, refractory materials and war industry. The annual production capacity is 50,000 ton. It can be made into various sizes according to clients requirements.

GPC Mullite Precision Casting Sand Powder(foundry sand; molding sand , casting sand

The GPC has 2 series and 10 kinds. It has characteristics of high aluminum, low iron, low expansion coefficient, strong refractoriness and good thermochemistry stability. The qualification such as wetstrength, hot strength, collapsibility of model shell made from GPC are perfect and better than other precision casting materials. The casting made from GPC can be easily decladed, does not deshape or shrink, and with high lightness. The GPC is applicable to precision casting of alloy, especially aluminum and stainless steel alloy. This product has low dust content and reaches standards for environmental products. The technique of the product has got state invention patent right and been awarded name of free of inspection product by national precision casting association. The specification ranges from 0-325 mesh.
