GSCK Superfine Calcined Kaolin Powder

The GSCK is made of choice kaolinite by the process of deferrization, fragmentizing, calcinating and classification. Because of its good adhesion ability, high whiteness, well particle distribution and strong ability of cover, the GSCK can be used in industrial filler, paints and stretching agents. SC-90 is especially used in paper painting technique, improving papers lightness and opacity. It can replace some high cost filling paints as TiO2.

GSK kaolin powder

The GSK is made by the way of dry process, including deferrization, superfine, surfacetreatment, and has a well particle distribution. The GSK can be used in rubber and paint oil as filling material, in kinds of ceramics, pesticide carrier, refractory materials, water purifying agent as fundamental raw material. Its specific characteristics are as follows:
1. used in rubber industry as filling material to improve the mechanical intensity and chemical stability of products.
2. its good suspension and dispersing characters make it have good fireproofing ability in paint oil industry.
3. high intensity, well thermal stability, low thermal expansion coefficient, chemical stability and electric insulation after calcinations; it is a kind of good raw material in ceramics, electric porcelain and refractory materials.
4. used as filling material in plastics industry; it can improve the surface smoothness, helpful to polishing and improving the anti-corruption ability of the product.
